aTHLETIC mINDSET cOACHING
In our program, students will work on physical training while merging aspects of martial arts training that focus on the awareness of self. Through this practice, students will find that they are better able to focus on the given moment and to filter out the extraneous thoughts and inputs going on around them. This translates to them being able to make faster decisions in their sport and to learn to filter out negative or doubtful thoughts about their perceived performance. Teams will build strong bonds as they work together on specific aspects taken from traditional martial arts.
Team Training Sessions
Our team training sessions work well as consistent supplemental training to your team's regular training regimen. These classes will include all of our services, such as Team Building and Mindset Coaching. Consistent and ongoing practice facilitates the maximum growth from our services.
Workshops
Workshops are offered as a single session or a series of sessions for consolidated practice of the services we provide.
Individual Coaching
Coaching Packages targeted for athletes who are looking for a competitive edge through their mindset.
